Kitchenette with 2 burner electric cooktop, cook utensils, pots + pans, microwave, fridge/freezer, coffee + single serve pot.
Indoor dining table for two and front porch rocking chairs.
King bed and bathtub; full bath with shower, hair dryer, towels, shampoo, San Saba Soap and Lotion.
Iron + ironing board.

Breakfast for 2 is included in the room rate.  Additional breakfasts can be added for $30 per person by emailing lodging@contigoranch.com 72 hours in advance.
