The Most Frequently Asked Questions:
Check-in is after 3pm. Check-in with Contigo staff is not necessary – you’ll get an email 2 days prior to your arrival with the combination code to your reserved cottage or cabin. Check in at your own leisure! Check-out is 11am on the day of departure.
We do not provide daily housekeeping services. Our goal is to provide our guests with maximum privacy, and we provide ample towels for your stay.
Your continental Breakfast Tote will be delivered to your porch at 8am each morning of your stay. Coffeemakers with coffee and condiments are provided in your cabin or cottage.
With 48 hour notice, additional breakfast delivery may be ordered at $20 per person, per morning. Meal substitutions are not available.
The cabins and cottages, adjacent porches and Event Hall and patio are completely non-smoking. Smoking receptacles are provided in the grove of trees adjacent to the parking lots.
The cabins and cottages accommodate 2 adults per unit, with the exception of cabin #3 sleeps 5 guests and cabin #4 sleeps 4 guests. Children under the age of 13 years can be accommodated in cabins #3 and #4.
Cell phone service is sporadic on the ranch, depending on your carrier. Complimentary WiFi service is more reliable so consider texting to be your means of communicating when on the ranch.
Complimentary WiFi is available, however, we cannot guarantee consistent coverage at the ranch.
Via your private vehicle is the most convenient. It is a scenic 14 mile drive on Ranch Road 965, taking only 20 minutes. Inquire with the Contigo Staff regarding the services of a local transportation company for evening transfers to town and return to the Ranch.
The cabins are ½ mile from the Event Hall and the cottages are within view and walking distance to the Event Hall.
The Grove of Oaks ceremony site is adjacent to the Event Hall, The Old Oak Trees lawn ceremony site is ¾ mile from the Event Hall, and The Overlook ceremony site is ½ mile up the hillside.

Spring offers the beautiful wildflowers that are in bloom and Fall has rich colors of the the hills and trees in autumn.
Summer temperatures can exceed 90 degrees and winter can average below 40 degrees. Early summer and mid-fall have the most precipitation and the winds are the strongest in early spring.
Cottage #11 is ADA accessible, as is the Event Hall, its restrooms, and adjoining patio.
Children are welcome at family weddings while being supervised by parents. Yes, children can be provided overnight accommodations with prior arrangement with Contigo management.
Service dogs are welcome on the Ranch, in the cabins and cottages, and the Event Hall. Pets are not permitted on the Ranch property.
We do not have a restaurant on the Ranch. Cabins #2, 3, 4, 5 do have mini-kitchens in the respective units for guest use.
