AGE REQUIREMENT POLICY
To reserve a room you must be 21 years or older. You must show a valid photo ID upon check-in.
CASH PAYING GUESTS
Guests paying in cash must pay their room charges in full with an additional deposit of $50 per night for incidentals at the time of check-in.
CHILDREN’S AGES
Individuals 17 years old and younger are considered children at Contigo Ranch.
CREDIT CARD AUTHORIZATION
Third parties wishing to pay for another guest’s room must contact the hotel at 830-685-3464.
DEBIT CARD PAYMENT POLICY
The use of a debit card will initiate, at the time of check-in, an immediate deduction from your bank account for your room rate, inclusive tax, for all room nights plus $50 per night for incidentals. Upon check-out, any unused funds will be credited back to your account. Based upon your bank, it may take 72 hours or longer to process your unused funds back to your account.
GENERAL
Omni Hotels reserves the right to not allow the open carry of handguns or other weapons on the hotel premises.
GOOD NIGHT’S REST POLICY
To ensure the comfort and enjoyment of all our guests, our hotel enforces a strict “no party policy” in our guest rooms. Maximum occupancy in a room with a king bed is three and a room with two double beds is four. The hotel enforces these maximum occupancy standards and may ask any unregistered guests to vacate a room at any time. In addition, our hotel does not register rooms to minors. A registered adult must be present in all rooms at all times where minors or other non-registered guests are present. In the event we receive a noise complaint and there are unregistered guests after 10:00 p.m., all guests in the room will be asked to leave the hotel without a refund. If complaints of noise in your room inconvenience other guests, we reserve the right to charge your account for any rebates given to these guests as a result of their discomfort. Please understand these guidelines are in place to ensure every guest enjoys a peaceful and pleasant stay in our hotel. By signing this policy at check-in, you are in agreement with its content.
PET POLICY
Guests who bring their furry friends must have a valid credit card on file and will be required to sign a document accepting complete financial responsibility for any damage caused. We understand that your pet is part of your family, which is why we are a pet-friendly hotel for dogs and cats up to 25 lbs. Each room with a pet will be charged a non-refundable cleaning fee of $50 per stay. When anyone of our staff members enters the room, your pet must be placed in a carrier. Please prevent your dog from barking or otherwise disturbing other guests. In the event that your pet is the cause of guest complaints, the hotel will request that your pet seeks accommodations elsewhere.
SMOKING POLICY
For the well-being of our guests and employees, Omni La Mansion del Rio is a 100% smoke-free facility. The only places where smoking is allowed are 15 feet outside the property entrance and on the River Walk. Smoking not permitted on hotel balconies. If smoking violation occurs in a room, the guest will be charged a $250 non-refundable fee.
WELLNESS POLICY
Any participation in off-site exercise, athletic or other physical programs offered by Contigo Ranch (“Wellness Benefits”) is done at participant’s sole risk. Contigo Ranch shall not be liable for any injuries, loss, or damage to the participant or participant’s personal property resulting from the use of the Wellness Benefits, regardless of whether it occurs as a result of Omni’s negligence. If the participant chooses to use the Wellness Benefits, the participant hereby expressly waives any claim of liability – for personal/bodily injury or damages – which occurs to the participant or for any loss of or injury to person or property. This waiver is intended to be a complete release of any responsibility for personal injuries and/or property loss/damage sustained by any participant while on Contigo Ranch’s premises or at off-site exercise classes, whether using exercise equipment or not.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
