Exchange vows beneath our magnificent historic oak tree, then gather with family and friends inside The Barn, our open-air reception venue overlooking the lower pasture where Watusi cattle, Highland cattle, and miniature horses often become part of the scenery.

To provide a memorable experience for every couple, Intimate Wedding Collection dates are offered during select periods throughout the year.
During these dates, another intimate wedding may be taking place elsewhere on the ranch. Each celebration enjoys its own dedicated ceremony, reception, and lodging areas, allowing both couples to celebrate independently while experiencing the beauty and hospitality of Contigo Ranch.
Each package requires a two-night stay for its designated accommodations:

Private catering and food service are permitted with either intimate wedding celebration option. Choose from one of the catering vendors on our Creative Partners list or work with our preferred catering partner, Hill Country Herb Garden.
A professional wedding planner or coordinator is required for all weddings.

All weddings require:
Booked lodging may not be used to host additional private receptions, parties, or gatherings following the ceremony unless a qualifying group lodging contract has been secured (minimum six lodging units with a two-night stay).
Any approved post-ceremony gathering must be coordinated with our team in advance. If alcoholic beverages are served, all alcohol must be purchased through Contigo Ranch in accordance with our bar service policies.
