Wedding packages include exclusive access to The Hall and The Bluff, (The Hall, The Barn or The Bluff) plus tables and chairs, with standard setup and teardown. Most packages offer indoor and outdoor ceremony options, plus access to a prep or commercial kitchen and support from our on-site event manager. Décor upgrades and additional rentals are available, including heaters and roundtables, or The Barn as a rehearsal or welcome dinner venue.
Yes. The ranch provides modern cottages and spacious lodges that can host more than 50 guests. Weekend weddings require booking the cottages adjacent to The Hall for a two-night stay, with Cabins 1-5 as optional, allowing couples and guests to enjoy a full Hill Country getaway.
Absolutely. Most couples pair a ceremony at The Bluff with a reception in The Hall and a rehearsal dinner or welcome party or choose an intimate celebration in The Barn the night before. All spaces offer natural views and easy indoor-outdoor flow. For smaller micro weddings of 50 guests or fewer, we offer customizable elopement packages, personalized to suit your needs.
Rates vary by season and venue. Peak weekend dates (March-June, September-November) generally range from $9,500-14,800, while off-peak weekend dates begin around $4,500. This excludes the cost of any lodging necessary for your wedding party and guests, as well as extended hours, caterers, wedding planners and other vendors required to make your event a success.
We recommend booking 12–18 months in advance, especially for spring and fall weekends.
Yes. All couples and guests are welcome, and all our cabins are pet friendly, as well as our bridal and honeymoon cottages.

Yes. A planner or day-of coordinator is required, preferably from our Creative Partners list, to ensure a smooth experience.
Couples may bring any licensed caterer or choose a recommended partner. The Hall includes a commercial kitchen, while The Barn offers a prep kitchen.
Yes, complimentary on-site parking is provided. Your planner may arrange shuttles or valet for larger groups.
Yes. Barn events end by 10 p.m. and Hall events by 11 p.m., with an additional hour for cleanup.
