Bringing everyone together under one roof can be challenging, especially for large or multi generational families. Contigo Ranch offers a more flexible and welcoming approach. Instead of a single oversized house or a standard hotel block, families gather across multiple family cabin rentals on one expansive private ranch in Texas. Cabins and cottages are thoughtfully spaced throughout the property, allowing everyone to stay close while still enjoying comfort and privacy. Especially well suited for multi generational family reunions and extended family getaways, everyone can have their own space while sharing meals and meaningful time together. Plan full property buyouts during select off peak months or coordinate partial bookings during busier seasons.
No matter what, the result is togetherness without crowding and intentional gathering without compromise.
Contigo Ranch offers private executive accommodations designed to support rest and reflection throughout the duration of an executive retreat. The ranch allows leadership teams to remain close to one another while still enjoying personal space. This proximity helps ideas settle between sessions and encourages conversations to continue naturally, without the need to commute or reorient. The accommodations are intentionally quiet and private, allowing executives to decompress and reflect on discussions, so you can return to sessions mentally refreshed.
Contigo Ranch hosts reunions by reserving multiple cabins and cottages across the ranch rather than offering a single large estate home. You and your family can secure a collection of individual lodging units that are all located on the same property. For families researching family reunion cabin rentals in Fredericksburg ,TX, this approach provides a balanced solution. You stay together on one private ranch, yet each household has breathing room.
Our luxurious accommodations include historic cabins and modern cottages. The cottages sleep at least two guests, with some units offering pull-out beds for additional occupancy (see the lodging page for specific details). Cottage 15 is the largest cottage, accommodating 4–6 guests, while Cabin 1 is the largest overall and can host up to 10 guests. Cabin 2 sleeps 2, Cabin 3 up to 6, Cabin 4 up to 4, and Cabin 5 is ideal for 2 guests, with a pull-out couch allowing up to 4 total.
Create a sense of exclusivity in your ranch experience. Contigo Ranch offers full property family reunion buyouts during select months, specifically January, February, July and August, and includes special pricing for families who reserve all cabins and cottages together. Off peak buyouts require booking every cottage and cabin on the property and a two-night minimum stay. Outside of these months, families can still coordinate bookings without reserving the full property. In these cases, venue access, pricing and setup vary depending on group size and dates. Availability and overall cost are influenced by the time of year, the total number of lodging units reserved and any specific venue setup requirements.
One of the most important elements of any reunion is shared time around meals and activities. Contigo Ranch provides designated gathering areas while remaining transparent about what is included and what is coordinated separately.
Groups checking in Sunday through Wednesday receive complimentary use of venue space, including one time chair and table setup. This allows families to host a welcome dinner or group reunion activity in a comfortable shared setting. Groups checking in Thursday through Saturday may access the Hall and Barn for a fee of $1,500 for a two-night stay, which includes one-time chair and table setup. The Hall and Barn provide indoor space for meals, presentations, slideshows or dancing.
For family reunions in January, February, July, or August, cottages are priced at $150 per night, per cottage, and sleep between 6 and 16 guests depending on the unit selected. Cabin rates range from $300-925 and final totals depend on the number of units reserved and the dates selected.
Contigo Ranch does not provide catering, but we are happy to offer suggestions for trusted local caterers as well as creative partners for food, décor, music and other experiences. Linens for tables, plateware, glassware and silverware are not included in the venue rental fee. These elements can be coordinated separately based on your family’s preferences and budget.
