The Barn

Where Texas charm pairs perfectly with what we love most about ranch life. You can look forward to golden hour photos near the watusi longhorns, dancing under a blanket of stars, al fresco air cocktail hours and ranch to table dining.

The Hall

The sprawling lawn invites guests to step out and enjoy the Texas Hill Country views – offering an indoor and outdoor flow.

The Bluff

  • We allow an extra hour for cleanup at the conclusion of your event.
  • Please note, all Hall events close at 11:00 p.m. All Barn events close at 10:00 p.m.
  • We require 50% of the Venue Rental Fee to reserve your date. The remainder is due 90 days prior to the event. Alcohol & Security fees are due 30 days out from the wedding day.
  • Please note, a Planner/Coordinator is required, preferably from our Creative Partners List.
  • If a band or any vendor requires set up or break down time outside of the day of your wedding, additional fees will apply.
  • Booking of Cottages 6 – 16 is required for a 2-night stay. Lodging is priced separately. Above pricing only includes venue rental fees.
  • Please be aware that Holiday Weekends will incur a price increase: New Years Eve & Day, Valentine’s Day, Memorial Day, Easter, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve & Day

When you choose to share your special day with us, we want you to know that your celebration will receive our full attention and dedication. To honor this commitment, we promise that on your special day, the ranch will be exclusively yours for hosting your celebration. This means we won’t schedule any other weddings, commitment ceremonies, or similar celebrations that could take away from your unique moment.

While we do not offer in-house catering, we’re happy to share our carefully curated list of Creative Partners who excel at making culinary dreams come true. Our trusted catering partners bring years of experience and a deep understanding of our venue’s capabilities. We’ll connect you with professionals who can craft the perfect menu for your celebration while ensuring a seamless experience at our property.

All Contigo Ranch Events hosted at The Hall offer a total of 6,000 square feet of indoor and covered outdoor space with a connecting lawn and fire pit for up to 250 guests seated indoors or 250 guests with indoor and outdoor seating.

All your wedding reception needs are covered: commercial caterer’s kitchen, built-in widescreen television with audio/visual capability, built-in bar, onsite parking, and a dedicated circuit for bands or DJ.

For no additional fee, we also offer:

  • Traditional 8’ wooden farm tables
  • A variety of round and rectangular resin tables
  • Adjustable wooden cocktail tables
  • A solid wood mobile bar
  • Gunmetal grey reception chairs
  • Decorative wine barrels
  • Decorative barrel planters

For an additional cost, you can add on:

  • 60” Round Farm Tables ($100 each, 5 total)
  • Heaters + Propane ($125.00 each, 15 total)

All Contigo Ranch events hosted at The Barn offer high-beamed ceiling and wood floors, wrap around porch, a catering prep kitchen, and guest parking with ADA ramp accessibility and restrooms.

For no additional fee, we also offer:

  • Traditional 8’ farm tables
  • Round farm tables
  • Bentwood chairs
  • A 10’ cedar table
  • 3 Black iron cocktail tables
  • 1 Wine barrel bar
  • A rolling cooler and galvanized tubs

Contigo Ranch is only 15 miles from downtown Fredericksburg, making it easy to coordinate activities and additional lodging in this historic Hill Country town.

Extend the celebration by reserving accommodations for your loved ones. Our ranch retreat offers a blend of 5 charming historic cabins and 10 contemporary cottages. Wedding clients are required to book all 10 cottages adjacent to The Hall for a two night stay. In conjunction, 5 additional historic cabins are available to book, though not required. Let our team know if you would like to book full property lodging exclusivity.
